(1)Navigational marker light

(2)Railway Signal Light

Railroad signal light is one of the important indispensable equipment to ensure the safe and punctual operation. (6) PV pumping irrigation system

Most areas of Tibet, southern Xinjiang, Qinghai and western Inner Mongolia in China are dry and rainy, rivers are scarce, surface water is lacking, groundwater is buried more than 10m deep, but the reserves are rich, and these areas are rich in solar energy resources, the irrigation season is the peak of the sun, so it is very favorable to use solar energy to lift water for irrigation. Photovoltaic water pumping system mainly includes three parts: solar cell, water pump, water storage and distribution system.

Photovoltaic pumping irrigation systems can generally be used for occasions where water is required, and can be set up in a decentralized manner or close to water-using locations. The selection of parameters for irrigation equipment depends on the solar radiation, temperature, pump output, and external conditions in terms of mechanical technology at specific locations.

(7) The application of solar cells in cathodic protection

Generally buried natural gas or other pipelines in the underground in the soil characteristics similar to the electrolyte long-term immersion in the environment will produce corrosion, seriously affecting its safety and service life, especially when the long distance transmission, due to the long pipeline, maintenance and inspection are more difficult. In order to prevent or slow down the corrosion of the pipeline, when laying the pipeline, it is possible to install a small solar panel as a DC power source at a certain distance, which together with the auxiliary anode to protect the cathode of the metal pipeline by means of a sacrificial anode. Therefore, for a metallic pipeline of several tens of kilometers or longer to be protected by sections, using solar arrays to provide DC voltage is the most effective and economical method.

Metals used under various conditions are generally subject to two types of corrosion, namely chemical and electrochemical corrosion. Chemical corrosion is caused when the metal and the medium in contact with the chemical action, it is characterized by the action is carried out without current generation; electrochemical corrosion is another extremely broad category of corrosion, it is due to the metal surface and electrolyte solution such as water and soil) contact, the potential on the metal surface is not the same, there are places with high potential, some places with low potential, the result is the formation of corrosion primary cells.

Therefore, the electrochemical corrosion process can be seen as consisting of the following three links: 

① At the cathode, the metal dissolves into metal ions and enters the solution, that is, Me→Me⁺+e^- (anodic process).

② Electrons flow from the anode to the cathode through metal.

③ At the cathode, the flowing electrons are accepted by the substance (d) that can absorb electrons in the solution, e^-+D→[D、e^-] (cathode process)

The above three links are interrelated and indispensable. If one of the links stops, the whole corrosion process also stops. It connects the negative pole of the DC power supply to the protected metal pipe, so that the whole surface of the protected metal is the cathode, and connects the positive pole to the auxiliary anode composed of insoluble materials such as graphite, high silicon iron, carbon ferrite, lead silver alloy and platinum plated titanium. When the applied driving voltage is higher than the minimum protection potential required by the metal, The pipeline is within the current protection range. For remote areas, solar cells as DC source is both economical and convenient.
