It is better to prepare a crane and a lift truck if conditions permit.

4. Light pole components and easy-to-wear accessories (components, lamp caps) must be placed with soft cushions to avoid unnecessary damage such as scratches during the installation process.

1. Assemble the light pole components: the upper and lower light pole components, the light arm components, and the fixing structure of the solar battery components.

A. Install the solar lamp arm: Tie the exposed sheath wire end of the lower lamp pole with a thin iron wire and wrap it with black tape; the other end of the thin iron wire passes through the lamp arm assembly; pull it slowly at the top of the lamp arm assembly The thin iron wire allows the thin iron ribbon moving sheath wire to pass through the lamp arm assembly while the lamp arm assembly gradually approaches the lower lamp pole until the panel on the lamp arm is aligned with and close to the lamp arm boss on the lower lamp pole, and then a suitable The bolts fasten the lamp arm assembly to the lower lamp pole; when fixing the lamp arm assembly, avoid squeezing the sheath wire, causing the sheath wire skin to be damaged or even cut; disconnect the connection of the thin iron wire to the sheath.

B. Install the lamp (with a light source inside): Approach the upper end of the lamp arm when the lamp is turned on, and pass the exposed sheath wire into the lamp from the end of the lamp; pull the sheath wire and insert the lamp into the lamp arm at the same time, the two overlap The length is 150mm; connect the sheath wire to the wiring terminal inside the lamp, and pay attention to the correct positive and negative wiring when wiring. Turn the lamp with the lamp arm as neutral, so that the lampshade is facing the ground, then fix the lamp on the arm; turn off the lamp.

C. Light pole assembly on the assembly:
1). Fasten the bracket assembly and the corner post to the upper pole assembly in turn, and the threaded connection part should be evenly stressed and fastened; while connecting the bracket and the angle steel frame, use a thin iron wire to pull the sheath line from the lamp pole The middle is led into the angle steel frame through the bracket assembly.

2) Place the module guard plate in the angle steel frame, and then place the module on the guard plate; when placing the module, the junction box is at a high place. When the module is placed horizontally, the junction box should be close to the light pole assembly.

3) Connect the components according to the system voltage and component voltage of the solar street lamp. For example, the system voltage of the solar street lamp is 24V and the component voltage is 17Vak18V. The components should be connected in series. The series connection is the positive (or negative) of the first component. Connect to the negative (or positive) of the second component. If the component voltage is 34V, the components should be connected in parallel. The parallel method is to connect the positive and negative poles of the first component to the positive and negative poles of the second component. Use a small flat-blade screwdriver to crimp the terminal block of the junction box. The red wire is required to connect the positive pole and the blue wire to the negative pole. After the wiring is completed, tighten the anti-nut on the outlet end of the junction box and apply 7091 to the terminal of the junction box. Seal the silica gel, apply the amount of glue so that the wire entry point in the junction box is completely sealed, and then buckle the junction box cover. The junction box cover should be fastened and not snapped back.

4) Use a multimeter to check whether the component connection (connected to the controller end) is short, and at the same time check whether the component output voltage meets the system requirements. In fine weather, its opening distance voltage should be greater than 18V (system voltage is 12V) or 34V (system voltage is 24V). After installing and testing the components, the power cord is connected to the positive pole of the controller terminal. Use insulating tape to wrap the exposed core of the core. The insulating tape wraps two layers; Note: The components should be handled with care during the installation process to avoid damage to tools and other appliances.

5) The components and component brackets are fastened with M6*20 bolts, N6 spirals, and washers 6. When installing, the bolts should be installed from the outside to the inside, and then put on washers and tighten with nuts. When tightening, the bolt connections must be firmly connected without looseness.

6) Connection of upper and lower light pole components: Take out the sheath wire in the lower port of the upper light pole assembly and smooth it; loosen and smooth the thin iron wire wrapped around the lower light pole. The sheath wire from the lower port of the upper and lower light pole assembly is fixed on the thin iron wire of the upper port of the lower light pole. Slowly pull the thin iron wire under the lower light pole assembly, and at the same time lift the upper light pole assembly to a suitable position. When the lower end of the upper light pole assembly runs down to about 100mm from the upper end of the light pole assembly (the sheath wire passing through the lower light pole assembly should be under light stress at this time), the sheath wire of the upper port should be tightened with nylon and then Use nylon cable ties to fix the tightly bound sheath wire on the hook of the upper port of the lower light pole assembly, and then insert the upper light pole assembly into the lower light pole assembly to a suitable position, and evenly tighten the bolts of the lower light pole assembly until it reaches Claim. 3. 5. 1. Handle with care when installing components, and it is strictly forbidden to short-circuit or throw components.

Installation Environment of the solar street lights
1. There should be no obstructions around the installation site to ensure that the components can be lighted normally.
2. The installation site must have smooth drainage.
3. If there are low-lying water points such as rivers and puddles 10 from the installation site, the lowest point of the foundation must be higher than the highest water level within 50 years of the water point.
4. No electric cables, optical cables and other public facilities can be laid underground at the installation site, which will affect the construction and installation.
