sOLAR ROAD LIGHT Project Overview

Balihan Town is located in the central and western part of Ningcheng County, Inner Mongolia, with a total area of 374 square kilometers. It has convenient transportation with the Pingshuang Road running through the blocks. It is an important passage from the southeast of Inner Mongolia to Beijing, Tianjin and Tangshan. The geographical position is unique. It is only 400 kilometers away from the capital Beijing and 200 kilometers away from Chengde Summer Resort. The Queen Mother Xiao Hot Spring Resort, a well-known leisure and tourist resort, is nearby.

It is about 50 kilometers away from Tianyi in Ningcheng County and 120 kilometers away from the downtown area of Chifeng. Balihan and Tianyi Town can be connected by the Ba-Ba Line; Provincial Road 207 passes through Balihan Township, connecting Chifeng in the north and Pingquan in the south; It is also connected to G45 to the west with County Road 232 on the south side.

Tianyi Town will build a railway station, which can quickly connect Shenyang and Beijing, and will open to traffic in July 2020.

DESIGN PURPOSE

In-depth excavation of local regional culture

Emphasizing the regional characteristics and humanities of "vibrant nature, home of spring and wine", to create a characteristic solar lighting landscape with natural features, which can be continued and sublimated by solar lighting with deep meaning.

Endow the technical concept in line with the characteristic town

Make it a new type of characteristic cultural town with wisdom, technology, ecology, leisure and beauty, set a new benchmark for cultural and tourism projects, and embody and create direct economic and social value.

Use energy scientifically and effectively

Advocate energy-saving, environmentally friendly and green solar lighting. The area's light energy: normal annual sunshine hours are 2800-2900 hours, the sunshine percentage is 64-66%, and the sunshine hours from April to September are 1500-1550 hours. The annual total solar radiation is 131.29 kcal/cm², which has a huge potential for utilization and can directly bring good economic and social benefits.

Improve the solar lighting quality of the roads in characteristic towns

Create a harmonious solar light environment in the area, increase visibility and reputation, and attract more tourists for sightseeing.

Design basis

Mongolian morin khuur has a long history and carries a rich history and culture.

Design elements

Morin khuur, the base adopts the sound box of morin khuur, supplemented by ethnic characteristic patterns, which has strong regional cultural characteristics.

Solar light pole meaning

The shape is square, simple and generous, with deep and passionate characteristics, reflecting the style of the grassland. Inner Mongolia grassland is the place where Mongolians have lived for generations. The endless prairie and the melodious morin khuur indicate the yearning for a better life.

Design theme: Binhe North Road is adjacent to the melodious Balihan River.

The whole solar light is designed with the idea of "moving clouds and flowing water", and the shape is like flowing water, and also like a flying Hada to express welcome and wishes.

The overall shape of the solar light pole is simple and generous.

1. Intelligent IoT technology

Based on the development positioning of the newly built Balihan Town, we will create an intelligent city Internet of Things solution, using intelligent samrt solar road lights as the carrier, integrating intelligent solar lighting management systems, video monitoring systems, information release systems, and emergency alarm systems.

This system can effectively manage road smart solar street light, solar landscape lighting, solar building lighting, light show, landscape billboard operation, intelligent transportation, intelligent parking, intelligent charging piles, intelligent scenic spots, and crowd security control to realize intelligent and safe towns, and improve social and economic benefits.

2. Intelligent solar lighting control system architecture

Application layer

The system monitoring center. Use computer systems to build databases, data processing, control, and WEB services. The center realizes the control of front-end equipment through optical fiber and 2G/3G/4G network (and considers reserving 5G ports). The monitoring center responds and displays the scene conditions and data reports for users to manage and make decisions. Users can also access the monitoring center system software through the Internet to operate and control their routes.

Communication layer

It is composed of optical fibers and wireless networks of operators such as China Mobile, Telecom, or China Unicom, which realizes data transmission between front-end equipment and application layer.

Execution layer

The solar lighting front-end system is composed of a centralized controller, a single light controller, a cable anti-theft terminal and expansion equipment, which realizes functions including the control of lighting fixtures, the collection of operating data, and fault inquiries.
